The role supports the Experience Manager and focuses on performance, people, and process while delivering high-quality professional services.

Requirements include a cosmetology license and prior salon experience; you will work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous hair salon experience is required.
• Ability to upsell pro hair care and makeup products.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair design, color, treatments, makeup and brow services.
• Meet or exceed weekly service sales and productivity goals.
• Demonstrate, recommend and sell professional hair care products.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Follow safety, sanitation and infection control procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized salon and work areas.
