Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Demonstrated exceptional accomplishment in a highly competitive, internationally recognized field.
At least 3 years of experience in student coaching, youth mentorship, athletic coaching, or leadership roles.
Willing to work on-site at Alpha campuses across multiple US locations.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Lead 1-on-1 and small-group coaching using analytics to identify barriers and set ambitious objectives.
Facilitate structured life-skills workshops designed for mastery and measure mastery via Alpha's framework.
Establish campus culture through focused kickoff sessions that reinforce high-performance norms.
Monitor student advancement in real time and refine coaching approaches based on evidence.
Develop mentorship relationships with students and families through unwavering standards.
