The Student Performance Strategist collaborates with campuses to inspire students, measure progress, and strengthen life-skills development, with relocation options available as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Demonstrated exceptional accomplishment in highly competitive or prestigious field.
• At least 3 years of experience in coaching, mentorship, or leadership roles.
• Willing to work on-site at Alpha campuses across listed US locations.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead student motivation, development, and life-skill proficiency across Alpha campuses.
• Conduct 1-on-1 and small-group coaching using Coachbot analytics and progress metrics.
• Facilitate structured life-skills workshops for mastery and measure progress via Alpha's framework.
• Set daily tone through focused morning kickoff sessions reinforcing high-performance norms.
• Build trusted mentorship with students and families through consistent standards and motivation strategies.
