As a Performance Coach, you will conduct 1-on-1 and small-group sessions, facilitate life-skills workshops, and establish daily standards that cultivate a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience coaching or mentoring youth.
• Willing to work in-person at multiple U.S. campuses (Orange County, CA; Palo Alto, CA; San Francisco, CA; South Bay, CA; Greenwich, CT; Boca Raton, FL; Boston, MA; New York City, NY; Kirkland, WA) with relocation support.

Responsibilities

• Lead outstanding student motivation, development, and life-skill proficiency at Alpha's most demanding campuses.
• Provide mentorship and establish high performance standards for students.
