Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience in student coaching, youth mentoring, athletic coaching, or leadership roles.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Running 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions to diagnose blockers, set ambitious goals, and hold students accountable.
• Delivering structured life-skills workshops built for mastery using credible storytelling from your elite experience, then assessing mastery.
• Setting the cultural tone each morning through focused kickoffs that reinforce high-performance expectations.
