Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least one exceptional accomplishment in a highly competitive field.
• At least 3 years in student coaching, youth mentorship, athletic coaching, or leadership roles.
• Willingness to work on-site at multiple U.S. campuses including Boca Raton, FL.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1-on-1 and small-group coaching using analytics and progress metrics.
• Facilitate life-skills workshops designed for mastery and measure progress.
• Set daily tone with focused morning sessions to foster a high-performance culture.
