Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Exceptional accomplishments in highly competitive international fields (e.g., national/international honors, top-tier university with distinction, elite fellowship).
• At least 3 years of experience in student coaching, youth mentorship, athletic coaching, or leadership roles where you demonstrably raised others' performance.
• Willing to work on-site at an Alpha campus in listed U.S. locations; relocation assistance available.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-on-1 and small-group coaching using Coachbot analytics and progress metrics to identify barriers, set ambitious objectives, and enforce accountability for execution.
• Facilitate structured life-skills workshops designed for mastery by drawing on credible narratives from your high-level experience, then measure mastery via Alpha's Test2Pass.
• Establish the campus culture each morning through focused kickoff sessions that reinforce high-performance norms.
• Monitor student advancement in real time and adjust coaching approaches based on data.
• Develop trusted mentorship relationships with students and their families through unwavering standards and motivation strategies.
