Qualifications

• Must understand and believe in the goals of the University and SH ELITE program.
• Must have a 2.5 overall cumulative GPA at the time of application, at the end of the fall semester, and at the end of the spring semester.
• Must not be on disciplinary probation.

Responsibilities

• Meets weekly with assigned small group(s).
• Attends all required SH ELITE programs, events, and trainings.
• Contacts mentees on academic alert regarding their progress.
• Conducts proactive outreach to ELITE members about advising and registrations.
• Promotes engagement among ELITE members.
• Assists with marketing and recruiting new students into the SH ELITE program.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
