Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years coaching/mentoring/leadership experience.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work in-person at Alpha campuses across multiple locations in CA/NY/CT/FL/MA/PA/WA/UT/OR/Kirkland.

Responsibilities

• Run 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions using Coachbot analytics to diagnose blockers and set ambitious goals.
• Deliver structured life-skills workshops and assess mastery through Alpha's Test2Pass system.
• Set daily cultural tone with focused morning kickoffs reinforcing high-performance expectations.
• Track progress in real time and adjust coaching strategies based on data.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families through high standards and documented motivation plans.
