You will run structured life-skills workshops, track progress in real time, and set the culture each morning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 3 years coaching or mentoring experience with measurable results.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Willing to work in-person at multiple US campuses listed in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Drive motivation, growth, and life-skill mastery at top campuses.
• Lead 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions using analytics.
• Deliver life-skills workshops and assess mastery.
• Set daily cultural tone with focused kickoffs.
• Track progress and adjust coaching based on data.
