Alpha seeks a dedicated Student Performance Strategist to coach high-achieving students on its AI-powered platform. You will conduct 1-on-1 and small-group coaching, diagnose blockers with Coachbot analytics, and guide students toward elite performance standards.

Responsibilities include delivering structured life-skills workshops, setting a strong morning tone, and tracking progress to adjust strategies—while remaining student-facing and focused on growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience in student coaching, youth mentoring, athletic coaching, or leadership roles where you measurably raised others' performance.
• Willing to work in-person at an Alpha campus across multiple U.S. locations; relocation support provided.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach students to meet elite performance standards.
• Lead 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions using analytics to diagnose blockers and set ambitious goals.
• Deliver life-skills workshops and assess mastery through Alpha's systems.
• Set daily cultural tone with focused kickoffs and high-performance expectations.
• Track progress in real time and adjust coaching strategies based on data.
