Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-on-1 and small-group coaching using Coachbot analytics to identify obstacles and set stretch goals.
• Facilitate structured life-skills workshops centered on mastery and evaluate mastery via Alpha's framework.
• Establish the daily cultural standard through focused morning kickoffs that reinforce high-performance norms.
• Monitor student progress and recalibrate coaching approaches using data, not intuition.
• Cultivate trusted mentor relationships with students and families by maintaining high expectations and consistent motivation.
