Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Special Response Team Officer to provide highly visible professional security across Caesars properties. The role acts as a deterrent, intervenes, and responds to security incidents and emergencies, working within enterprise policies.

This position requires specialized training beyond daily operations, including firearms, tactics, and rigorous physical conditioning. Candidates must meet state licensing, pass training, and maintain integrity and professionalism

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must obtain Nevada Gaming License.
• Must obtain Conceal and Carry or HR218 LEOSA.
• Must pass ongoing mandatory training including firearms and CPR.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and respond to emergencies including violence, crises, and hazards following protocols.
• Secure scenes, advise staff, summon responders, and coordinate evacuations.
• Provide first aid to injured persons and document injuries.
• Protect sensitive information and maintain security equipment proficiency.
• Follow supervisory instructions promptly during critical incidents.
• Foster professional conduct and teamwork across departments.
