Job summary

Thunder Valley Spa Manager in Lincoln, CA directs the daily operations of the Spa, including coordination with the Pool and Fitness Center, and helps develop marketing plans for Spa operations. You will ensure guests receive Four Diamond service and supervise Spa Team Members to uphold company standards and policies.

Leadership responsibilities include mentoring subordinates, guiding Supervisors, and maintaining cost-efficient, profitable operations while expanding Spa services and guest

Qualifications

• Three years of spa management experience.
• One year of spa retail purchasing and merchandising.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize complex or diverse information.
• Ability to develop realistic action plans and prioritize work activities accordingly.
• Must understand how to create and interpret a business plan.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain UAIC Tribal Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Promote Thunder Valley Casino Resort’s ELITE service mission and demonstrate AAA Four Diamond standards at all times.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to implement plans ensuring AAA Four Diamond standards.
• Manage day-to-day Spa operations within budgetary objectives.
• Design, build, and maintain Spa’s menu of services and products.
• Motivate and lead a high-performance Spa management team and mentor staff.
• Delegate tasks and empower Team Members to work independently.
• Provide regular performance feedback and develop Team Members’ skills.
• Monitor inventory to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Oversee in-store displays and product availability to maximize sales.
• Review operating and financial statements to ensure profitability.
