Job summary

Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, CA seeks a Spa Supervisor to oversee daily spa operations, staff training, and service delivery. You will hire and supervise spa providers and front desk staff, coordinate with departments, and ensure a cooperative work environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 1-year certificate from college or technical school.
• Minimum 3 years spa experience or Four Diamond property.
• Must qualify to obtain and maintain a Class “A” gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, review treatments and make recommendations related to treatments or retail.
• Supervise day-to-day activities for pool attendants and ensure supervisor presence during peak season.
• Assist spa marketing strategies and implementation.
• Conduct performance reviews, reward and discipline Team Members, address complaints and resolve problems.
• Implement and monitor projects to develop services, marketing, retail, experience and volume.
• Fully cover the spa front desk when needed.
• Provide training to desk staff and maintain inventory controls, SOPs and handbook guidelines on the floor.
• Attend staff meetings and communicate with therapists for clear direction.
