Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Farmington is seeking an enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our team in Farmington, UT. You will be the first face our guests see in the service lane, responsible for delivering a premier guest experience and coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, explaining repair processes, initiating services, and preparing repair orders while maintaining strong communication and customer rapport throughout the service journey.

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership Service Advisor experience required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver license.
• Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer’s experience in the service lane and be the first point of contact.
• Greet vehicle owners on the drive line and explain the repair process.
• Initiate automotive services by ascertaining problems and services requested.
• Troubleshoot vehicle problems by listening, inspecting, test driving and reviewing maintenance records.
• Prepare repair orders detailing symptoms, problems, and required services.
• Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates and obtaining approvals and contact information.
