Job summary

The Fassino Group, a Houston-based boutique executive recruiting firm, is seeking a driven Sales Recruiter to join its team. You will recruit highly compensated sales professionals, from enterprise software AEs to medical device reps, for clients across multiple sectors.

This full-desk role rewards hustle, relationship-building, and results. You will work directly with the owners of the firm in a performance-driven environment with mentorship and hands-on training for early-career hires.

Qualifications

• Agency recruiting experience with a track record of placing professional or executive-level candidates.
• Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying sales role with the drive and people skills to translate that experience into recruiting.
• Recent graduate or early-career candidate with a relevant degree or relevant work/internship experience, eager to learn recruiting or sales.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit executive-level sales professionals across software and related industries.
• Conduct proactive, high-volume cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of top sales talent across multiple verticals.
