Job summary

Phaidon International in Chicago, IL is seeking an Experienced Sales Consultant at an entry level for a Fall start. You will develop relationships with hiring managers, manage candidate pipelines, and own end-to-end recruitment processes.

From day one you’ll earn a base salary of $45,000 plus uncapped commissions with strong first-year potential (OTE $70k-$80k). You’ll join a high-performance team with world-class training and a data-driven approach.
