The Fassino Group, a boutique executive recruiting firm based in Houston, TX, is expanding its dental staffing practice and seeking a driven Dental Staffing Recruiter for the Houston office. You will recruit dental assistants, dental hygienists for interim staffing, and dentists for permanent placements, working directly with the owners in a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental staffing, dental practice operations or healthcare recruiting.
• Ability to perform high-volume cold outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn.
• Must be able to commute to the Houston office at 10480 Grant Road, Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit dental assistants and dental hygienists for interim staffing, and dentists for permanent placement across client practices.
• Conduct proactive, high-volume outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to build a pipeline.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified dental professionals across the market.
• Partner with firm leadership and dental clients to understand hiring needs and deliver top candidates.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, presenting, closing.
• Develop relationships with passive candidates and cultivate a network within the dental community.
• As the practice grows, expand into additional dental and healthcare staffing verticals.

About the Dental Staffing Practice

Within the Fassino Group family, our dental staffing practice specializes in interim staffing placements of dental assistants and dental hygienists, along with permanent placement of dentists, for dental practices. As demand for qualified dental talent continues to grow, we are building out this practice with a dedicated, relationship-driven recruiter who can own it end to end.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven, confident Dental Staffing Recruiter to join our team at our Houston office. You will recruit dental assistants and dental hygienists for interim staffing placements, and dentists for permanent placement, with dental practice clients. This is a full-desk role that rewards hustle, relationship-building, and results.

You will work directly with the owners of the company. No layers of bureaucracy. No waiting for approval. Just a performance-driven environment where the best people earn the most money.

We are hiring across experience levels, from candidates with dental staffing, dental practice, or healthcare recruiting experience, to early-career candidates and recent graduates with the right degree, coursework, or relevant experience. Hands-on training and mentorship from firm leadership come standard for anyone earlier in their career.

What You'll Do

• Source and recruit dental assistants and dental hygienists for interim staffing positions, and dentists for permanent placement, with client dental practices
• Conduct proactive, high-volume cold outreach via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn. You are not afraid to pick up the phone
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified dental assistants and hygienists across the market
• Partner directly with firm leadership and dental practice clients to understand hiring needs and deliver exceptional candidates
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, presenting, and closing
• Develop relationships with passive candidates and cultivate a warm network within the dental community
• As the practice grows, there will be opportunities to expand into additional dental and healthcare staffing verticals

What We're Looking For

We are open to two paths: candidates with dental staffing, dental practice, or healthcare recruiting experience, or early-career candidates with the right degree or relevant experience who are eager to learn the business:

• Experience in dental staffing, dental practice operations or office management, or dental industry recruiting
• OR: Recent graduate or early-career candidate with a relevant degree, or relevant sales or recruiting experience, and a genuine interest in building a career in dental staffing and recruiting
• Comfortable and confident with cold outreach: calls, emails, and LinkedIn are your daily tools
• Strong communicator: direct, professional, and persuasive
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously without losing attention to detail
• Self-starter mentality: you do not wait to be told what to do
• Must be able to commute to our office at 10480 Grant Road, Houston, TX
