Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service throughout their dining experience
• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Monitor assigned tables and anticipate guest needs
• Communicate menu items, specials, and options clearly to guests
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, hosts, bussers and team members to ensure efficient service
• Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas
• Handle guest concerns and involve a supervisor when needed
• Follow company policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines
• Assist with opening/closing duties and side-work
