Island Oaks RV Resort & Tiny Homes in Glen St. Mary, FL seeks a Night Auditor / Resort Guest Services Ambassador to join our hospitality team.

This role blends front desk operations, night audit, guest relations, gatehouse duties, and resort ambassador responsibilities to ensure an exceptional guest stay. The ideal candidate is people‑oriented, thrives in a fast paced environment, and committed to delivering outstanding service while maintaining operational excellence across RV sites, cottages,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of hospitality/front desk or guest services experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn resort operating systems.
• Cash handling and payment processing experience.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Ability to safely operate golf carts and company vehicles.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including days/evenings/weekends/holidays/overnight.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register guests in a professional manner.
• Process guest check-ins/check-outs and verify reservations.
• Balance and reconcile nightly transactions and generate audit reports.
• Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and local recommendations.
• Maintain records and communicate guest requests to appropriate departments.
• Support gatehouse operations and access control as needed.
• Respond to guest concerns with urgency and professionalism.
