Job summary

VIGILINT is seeking a Rescue Specialist/Paramedic to support austere and critical care missions on a ~60-days-on/60-days-off rotational schedule. You will perform initial trauma care, enroute stabilization, CASEVAC, and advanced life support under medical direction, in collaboration with a small expert team.

The role requires extensive field experience, US residency, active certifications, and willingness to deploy to varied locations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a paramedic or equivalent field experience.
• Experience in austere/limited-resource environments preferred.
• Active US residency and eligibility for deployment.
• Current emergency medical certifications (NREMT-P, ACLS/PALS/BLS).

Responsibilities

• Provide initial combat trauma stabilization and ongoing field trauma care.
• Perform enroute care and CASEVAC to definitive care.
• Establish IV access and administer medications/fluids per protocol.
• Operate with a small, highly trained team under medical direction.
• Document care and maintain accurate medical records.
