Job summary

Global Rescue in Dorado, PR is seeking experienced paramedics to join our operations team, staffing emergency lines, coordinating medevac logistics, and supporting research for future missions.

You will travel domestically and internationally, oversee patient relocation, coordinate with hospitals and evacuation providers, and contribute to departmental protocols while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Paramedic license in good standing with relevant certifications.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Staff emergency lines in operations centers to respond to health events.
• Coordinate logistics for rescues and medical transfers domestically and internationally.
• Travel to oversee patient relocation and medical monitoring.
• Support security operations as requested.
• Maintain and improve department protocols and quality standards.
• Research and maintain operations resources and databases.
