Ford Racing in Allen Park, MI is seeking a Logistics and Shipping Specialist to anchor the Powertrain team's material flow, ensuring fast, accurate transit of race-critical components. You will own end-to-end logistics, tracking, and compliance in a high-tempo environment.

You’ll manage MP&L activities, standardize work, and collaborate across facilities, with a focus on lean processes and relentless attention to documentation and traceability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years material planning and logistics experience in automotive/manufacturing.
• 3+ years BOM management and inventory planning experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Physical stamina to lift 50–75 lbs daily.

Responsibilities

• Support MP&L activities, including packing and shipping for Powertrain Dept across multiple facilities.
• Standardize lean logistics work practices while ensuring compliance with Ford policies and laws.
• Manage dynamic priorities to minimize delays in logistic workflows.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate documentation and traceability.
