The Baldwin Group seeks a Private Risk Advisor (Producer) to sell new accounts and renew existing ones across multiple Florida locations and beyond. You will build client relationships, present proposals in detail, and coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth policy placements.

Qualifications

• Current State issued Property and Casualty Agent License or General Lines Agent License
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and basic software tools

Responsibilities

• Present proposals and review coverages in detail with clients.
• Finalize sales and collect necessary documents; brief service team on policy sale.
• Develop prospects through community involvement, seminars, networking, and referrals.
