Responsibilities

• Procure and coordinate all Member-requested ground transportation, catering, and ancillary travel services.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships while ensuring services align with NICHOLAS AIR standards.
• Maintain accurate records and financial accountability for reservations, orders, and service-related transactions.
• Utilize internal systems and operational reports to ensure Member preferences and service expectations are fulfilled on every trip.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and established service standards.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the Member experience, improve operational efficiency, and support service excellence initiatives.
