TheKey is seeking experienced Private Duty Nurses to deliver discreet, premier 1:1 in-home care for VIP clients. You will provide skilled nursing (ADLs, wound care, medications) and coordinate with families, physicians, and our support team.

Enjoy flexible 8–12 hour shifts, short visits, per-diem gigs, or ongoing long-term cases with bi-weekly pay. Starting pay is $55/hour, negotiable per case, with W2 employment, autonomy, and dedicated support to balance your time, career, and income.

Qualifikationen

• Active LPN License in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience (strongly preferred).
• Active CPR / BLS Certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Aufgaben

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments).
• Coordinate client needs seamlessly, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and our support team.
• Empower patients and their families through personalized health education and training.
