TheKey Concierge Nursing is seeking experienced private-duty nurses to join its elite home-care network in Phoenix. You’ll control your schedule and income as an independent contractor, choosing cases and shifts from 8–12 hours, with pay starting at $35+ per hour and weekly payments.

This role emphasizes one-to-one care in clients' homes, with autonomy, flexibility, and potential ongoing engagements. Ideal candidates have LVN License, CPR/BLS, and 2+ years of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care (ADLs, wound care, meds).
• Coordinate supplies, DME, and transport to appointments as needed.
• Maintain timely documentation and communicate with families, physicians, and our office.
• Empower patients and families through health education and training.
