Job summary

Concierge Nursing Referral Services, a specialized branch of TheKey, is seeking experienced private duty nurses for in-home, one-on-one care. You control your schedule as a 1099 contractor, accepting cases that fit your availability, with pay starting at 35 USD per hour and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Licensed LVN in good standing.
• 2+ years nursing experience preferred.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. must be demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, 1:1 skilled nursing tailored to the patient’s needs (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management).
• Coordinate medical supplies, DME, and transportation to appointments when required.
• Maintain timely documentation and communicate with families, physicians, and the support office.
