Job summary

Concierge Nursing Referral Services is seeking an experienced Private Duty Nurse (LVN) to deliver high-end, one-on-one care in clients’ homes. You will control your schedule, choose cases, and earn weekly pay as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities include providing expert 1:1 nursing, coordinating care, maintaining documentation, and educating families on health practices. Active LVN license, 2+ years of nursing, CPR/BLS, and eligibility to work in the U.S. are required.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience (strongly preferred).
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments).
• Coordinate client needs seamlessly, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and our support office.
• Empower patients and their families through personalized health education and training.
