TheKey Concierge Nursing is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-end, in-home private care on a flexible, 1099 contract basis in the Phoenix area. You’ll deliver one-on-one clinical care tailored to each patient, with autonomy over your schedule and cases.

Earn $45+/hour with weekly payments, choose from 8–12 hour shifts or shorter visits, and maintain full control over your workload while delivering top-tier concierge services.

Qualifications

• Active RN License in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience (strongly preferred).
• Active CPR / BLS Certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments).
• Coordinate client needs seamlessly, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and our support office.
• Empower patients and their families through personalized health education and training.
