TheKey Concierge Nursing is seeking experienced RNs for in-home private duty care in Scottsdale, AZ. Work as an independent contractor (1099) with flexible schedules, 8–12 hour shifts, or short visits, and weekly pay.

You control your cases and caseload, with top-tier patient care, autonomy, and the opportunity to build a prestigious, private-duty nursing practice. Requires active RN license, 2+ years, CPR/BLS, and eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, meds, doctor-prescribed treatments).
• Coordinate client needs including medical supplies, DME, and transport.
• Maintain timely documentation and communicate with families, physicians, and support office.
• Educate patients and families on health topics and care plans.

Connaissances

RN license in good standing

2+ years nursing experience

CPR / BLS Certification
