Job summary
Desert Mountain Club in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a courteous Concierge to enhance member services, coordinate event and dining reservations, and assist with a variety of member requests. Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Proficiency with reservation software and MS Excel.
- Notary Public Certification required (can be obtained on hire).
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests with a warm welcome and exceptional service.
- Handle reservations for dining and events; relay calls to appropriate departments.
- Provide up-to-date information on events, activities, and local areas.
- Coordinate transportation, travel, and special requests for members.
- Maintain Lost and Found and assist with shipments as needed.
- Notarize documents and uphold Desert Mountain service standards.
