ADERO Scottsdale Resort is seeking a part-time Club Coordinator in Scottsdale, AZ. The role supports the country club and its members with bookings, inquiries, and events, while maintaining member records and billing coordination.

You will work closely with club leadership to ensure member satisfaction and efficient operations at the property. Ideal candidates will have strong communication, customer service, and computer skills, with previous concierge or administrative experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a warm, professional point of contact for members and guests.
• Assist with tee times, court bookings, dining, and event reservations.
• Support membership records, billing coordination, and communication.
• Respond to member inquiries and requests promptly.
• Coordinate member events and communications.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Support the golf and club team with administrative tasks.
• Handle member concerns and coordinate resolution.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information.
• Keep the reception area welcoming and organized.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
