Job summary

True Care is seeking a Private Client Outreach Specialist in New York to cultivate high-value referral relationships with elder law attorneys, financial advisors, and other affluent networks. You will expand private pay referrals, promote our premium home healthcare services, and drive brand awareness among high-net-worth families.

In this role you will travel to meet clients and referral sources, attend events, and collaborate with intake and care teams to convert leads into services, using

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years in marketing, sales, outreach, or business development in relevant sectors.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with high-net-worth client networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop a pipeline of private-pay referrals with affluent families.
• Identify and expand referral channels in luxury elder care networks.
• Communicate True Care’s premium concierge value proposition.
• Build ongoing relationships with professional referral sources.
• Represent the brand at events and private seminars.
• Maintain CRM records in Salesforce and track outcomes.
• Collaborate with intake and care coordination teams.
• Monitor market trends to refine outreach strategies.
