Crisis24 is seeking a Private Client Specialist to serve as the primary contact for members of the Private Client Concierge Team. You will deliver high-touch service, coordinate healthcare-related tasks, and maintain HIPAA-compliant communications to support member needs.

Role involves scheduling coordination, medical records handling, and research related to personal and travel health, with opportunities to engage in special projects and ongoing training.

Formación

• Associates Degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years in an office with customer service experience; Healthcare setting preferred.
• Demonstration of professionalism, empathy, and urgency at all times.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications; EMR experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide highest standard of positive, professional customer service to members in all interactions.
• Respond to member inquiries via email, phone, or video, complying with HIPAA and member preferences.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, including primary providers, for scheduling and information gathering.
• Provide administrative and clinical support to care for member needs in a timely, professional manner.
• Track and support all open medical cases to ensure high patient care levels.
• Participate in HIPAA and GDPR training and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Document all interactions accurately in company software.
• Manage workload and meet deadlines with effective time management.
• Regularly meet with team manager and medical providers to review member needs.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to members.
• Assist members with medical equipment and service orders.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service operations.
• Participate in rotating after-hours standby to support providers and members.
• Assist with special projects as requested.
