Crisis24 is seeking a Private Client Specialist to serve as the main contact for members of the Private Strategic Group. You will deliver world-class, high-touch customer service, coordinate healthcare-related requests, and liaise with providers to arrange appointments and manage records.

Role emphasizes discretion with sensitive information, HIPAA/GDPR training, and timely communication. Strong written and verbal skills are essential to support member needs and ensure top-tier care.

Qualificações

• Minimal 3 years in an office with customer service experience.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Background check and HIPAA/GDPR training adherence required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide highest standard of positive and professional customer service to members.
• Respond to inquiries via email, phone, or video respecting HIPAA and privacy.
• Coordinate with primary providers and organize health information and scheduling.
• Offer administrative and clinical support to medical providers.
• Track open medical cases and ensure patient care quality.
• Participate in HIPAA/GDPR training and regulatory compliance.
• Document interactions accurately in company software.
• Manage workload, meet deadlines, and coordinate with team managers.
• Provide product/service information and assist with medical equipment/service orders.
