Old National Bank is seeking a Private Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences with personalized financial guidance for Private Banking clients meeting deposit thresholds. You will drive sales across deposit and lending products, and collaborate with Wealth/Mortgage/Commercial teams to meet clients’ evolving needs.

The role emphasizes building and retaining a client portfolio, proactive needs assessments, and ongoing relationship management with senior professionals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree and 1–3 years’ experience with a financial institution focusing on client service and sales.
• Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and financial/banking industry knowledge, superior client service.
• NMLS registered or ability to obtain NMLS registration.
• Financial Planning background preferred, but not required.
• Bachelor’s Degree Required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct initial needs assessment and engage ONB partners according to needs.
• Collaborate with a Wealth Advisor to manage and deepen client relationships.
• Self-source new client opportunities and refer to internal units as appropriate.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Private Banking products and industry trends.
• Identify a subject matter area to generate centers of influence and new opportunities.
