Old National Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver personalized financial guidance and build lasting client relationships within our banking centers across the region.

You will engage clients, understand their needs, and connect them to a full range of banking products and services to support their financial goals. Strong communication and a client‑facing mindset are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in banking, retail, sales, or a client-facing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred but not required.
• NMLS registered or eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.

Responsabilidades

• Build and grow client relationships by understanding needs and providing personalized financial solutions.
• Proactively engage clients through outreach, follow-up, and ongoing relationship management.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services to meet client goals.
• Partner with internal specialists to connect clients to broader capabilities when appropriate.
• Deliver a high-quality, consistent client experience across all interactions.
