Responsibilities

• Provide premium customer service to all customers.
• Register customers and verify lounge access.
• Greet customers and assist with needs, including WIFI password and directions.
• Book and confirm flight reservations using SABRE and QIK.
• Check in premium customers and manage changes or rebookings.
• Coordinate services for elite status members and lounge operations.
• Maintain lounge appearance and assist with club enrollment and services.
