Qualifications

• 0 to 1 year related experience.
• May require a valid alcohol-service certification (TIPS/TEAM) or equivalent, and must comply with state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and introduce specials or menu changes.
• Provide recommendations on meals, beverages, and wine; answer questions about menu items and allergens.
• Take and relay orders to the kitchen; confirm orders and process in sequence.
• Check items for quality and presentation; ensure attractive, consistent plating.
• Monitor guest needs; address concerns or complaints professionally.
