Job summary

JETSET Pilates is a modern, music-driven Pilates brand redefining the boutique fitness experience. As a JETSET Instructor, you’ll lead 50-minute classes, deliver a safe, challenging experience, and coach clients at all levels with energy and care.

You’ll inspire clients, build community, and represent the brand in the studio and beyond while growing through the instructor training program and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Current CPR/AED certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in group fitness instruction preferred.
• Ability to lead fast-paced, music-driven classes with safety and energy.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, music-driven, 50-minute modern Pilates classes that deliver a safe, challenging, and consistent experience.
• Provide individualized coaching, form corrections, and exercise modifications to clients of all fitness levels.
• Inspire and motivate clients while maintaining energy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Build authentic relationships with clients and foster a welcoming studio environment.
• Represent the JETSET brand by upholding values and participating in team activities and community events.
• Complete the JETSET Instructor Training Academy and pursue ongoing development.
