JETSET Pilates is a modern, music-driven Pilates brand redefining boutique fitness. Instructors inspire confidence, connect with clients, and empower strength both physically and mentally.

You’ll receive instructor training and ongoing development as you grow with a rapidly expanding brand. As a JETSET Instructor, you’ll deliver an elevated studio experience, lead 50-minute classes, and adapt to different fitness levels while embodying the brand values in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Passion for health, wellness and helping others achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to confidently lead a fast-paced, music-driven group fitness class.
• Ability to receive feedback, adapt quickly, and continuously improve.
• Previous group fitness instruction experience preferred but not required.
• Current CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain prior to teaching independently).
• Willingness to complete the JETSET Instructor Training Academy Program, including a 5-day on-site training.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, music-driven, 50-minute modern Pilates classes with a safe, challenging, consistent experience.
• Provide individualized coaching, form corrections, and exercise modifications for all fitness levels.
• Inspire and motivate clients while maintaining energy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
