Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Burnsville, MN seeks a Personal Training Manager to lead a high-performance PT team, drive client acquisition and retention, and ensure top-tier member experience. You will hire, train, and coach trainers and sales consultants while overseeing programming, supplements, and progress tracking in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a personal trainer.
• Experience executing plans and managing KPIs.
• Experience leading a team of 3–10 employees (preferred).
• CPR/AED certification required (within 30 days of hire).
• Nationally Accredited Certifications: ACSM, ACE, NASM, CSCS, IFPA, NFPT, NESTA, ISSA.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage a team of certified personal trainers and sales consultants.
• Meet new client acquisition and existing client retention targets.
• Coach direct reports on engaging, prescribing, acquiring, and retaining clients.
• Administer CrunchOne Kickoff and PT services, including client programming and progress tracking.
• Maintain accurate reporting and data for department performance.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure compliance across training activities.
