Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Personal Training Manager to lead a high-performance team of trainers and sales consultants. You will hire, train, and coach staff, while driving client acquisition and retention to achieve club goals.

You will oversee PT services, programming, progress tracking, and customer service, partnering with club leadership to maintain compliance and top-tier member experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years as a personal trainer.
• Experience driving KPIs and client growth targets.
• Experience leading a small team is preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage performance of a team of Personal Trainers and Sales Consultants.
• Develop fitness expertise and coaching across the club staff.
• Meet new client acquisition and retention targets for the club.
• Coach direct reports on client engagement, programming, and retention.
• Lead CrunchOne Kickoff and drive new PT client appointments weekly.
• Maintain accurate PT service administration and progress tracking.

Skills

3+ years of personal training

KPI management experience

Education

High school diploma or GED
