Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Personal Training Manager to lead the PT team, develop staff, drive new client acquisition, manage scheduling, and oversee client programming with dotFIT. You will maintain accurate PT records, coach on nutrition, movement, supplementation, and coaching pillars, and help reach weekly targets for PT revenue and supplement sales.

1–2 years PT experience and CPR/AED certification required; bachelor’s degree preferred; report to

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of personal training experience
• CPR/AED certification
• Ability to meet KPIs and drive client acquisition
• Experience leading a small team (3-10) preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and fitness expertise of PT team
• Meet new client acquisition and retention targets
• Administer CrunchOne Kickoff and coach clients
• Drive kickoff appointments and weekly targets
• Counsel members using the 4 Pillars of Fitness and guide accountability
• Maintain PT services records, progress tracking, and supplementation sales
