Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Personal Training Manager to lead a team of certified trainers and sales consultants. You’ll hire, train, and coach staff, drive new client acquisition, and ensure high-quality member support.

You’ll oversee PT services, client programming, and progress tracking while aligning with club goals. You will work with club leadership to maintain operational accuracy, drive performance, and ensure exceptional member experiences in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a personal trainer required.
• Experience leading a team of 3-10 employees preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days).
• Certification in one or more nationally accredited programs listed in the ad.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage performance of a team of Personal Trainers and Personal Training Sales Consultants.
• Meet new client acquisition and existing client retention targets.
• Coach direct reports on engaging, prescribing, acquiring, and retaining clients.
• Administer CrunchOne Kickoff and supervise PT services, programming, and progress tracking.
