Job summary

Equinox is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to empower clients with tailored Fitness programming and lifestyle coaching. Under the guidance of two managers, you will develop approaches to programming, education, business, and financial planning to advance your PT career.

You will help redefine the science of fitness and the art of living. In this role you will build an active client base, manage schedules, market programs, and deliver exceptional service on the fitness floor.

Qualifications

• Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain certification through reimbursement program.
• CPR/AED certification; certification opportunities may be available for non-certified applicants.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an active client base.
• Manage and maintain an accurate schedule with client appointments and meetings.
• Market and sell personal training programs to members through calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
• Maintain knowledge of all club services, programs, and products.
• Execute fitness assessments and guided workouts for members.
