Equinox is seeking a motivated Personal Trainer. You will develop programming, business, and financial planning skills under experienced managers, aiming to maximize both your personal and client performance.

The role emphasizes learning, accountability, and delivering premium wellness experiences. Responsibilities include building a client base, scheduling, marketing PT programs, and delivering assessments and guided workouts.

Qualifications

• Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge about fitness.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an active client base.
• Manage and maintain an accurate schedule including appointments and open availability.
• Market and sell personal training programs to members/clients.
• Maintain knowledge of club services, programs and products.
• Execute fitness assessments and guided workouts.
• Coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients.
• Maintain a safe, organized fitness floor during shifts.
