Exos in Mountain View, CA is seeking a Certified Performance Coach to support our corporate wellness program. You will lead group classes, assess fitness, and design personalized training plans while fostering strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• Nationally accredited Personal Trainer certification (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE) required.
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• Experience leading group exercise classes with diverse clients.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor participants to ensure safety and adherence to workout plans.
• Lead and instruct group exercise classes for diverse fitness levels.
• Conduct fitness assessments and prescribe personalized exercise plans.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and motivation.
• Assist in health promotion programs and support facility operations.
